A coach’s mindset.
01 / FIND YOUR STARTING POINT
What challenge
brings you here?
Each engagement starts with a real challenge. Choose the one closest to yours to see how we could work together.
A peer-level conversation when your role calls for new answers.
For managers navigating complexity, new people managers and leaders looking to evolve their style. A confidential space to work through choices, relationships and transitions, then turn reflection into actions you can observe.
Bring the team’s real challenge into the room. Carry the work beyond it.
We start with your context and real situations. Together we design a practical experience around leadership, feedback, collaboration or execution, with behaviours to try out at work.
- 01Listen
Short interviews, available data and, when useful, a Saboteur assessment.
- 02Co-design
Behavioural goals, real cases and an agenda shaped with the sponsor.
- 03Practise
Scenarios, role plays, PQ Reps and feedback to turn insights into choices.
- 04Embed
Follow-up and, where needed, individual or team coaching to support application.
Development shaped around your context, rather than a fixed format.
I partner with companies and management organisations on coaching and leadership programmes. Through CFMT, I also work with managers navigating career transitions, helping them explore their resources, direction and next steps. We agree goals and ways to observe progress with the people involved.
CFMT is a management training centre for Italy’s service sector, supporting continuing education and professional development for its executives and companies.
FROM CHALLENGES TO ACTION
Three examples from practice.
Anonymous examples of the challenge, the work undertaken and what the group produced.
Grow without losing your culture.
ChallengeA fast-growing organisation wanted to preserve its culture while clarifying delegation and responsibilities among its managers.
Work and outputA workshop on automatic patterns and the manager-as-coach stance, followed by coaching. The group defined a leadership agreement covering practices to retain and evolve.
From tension to options.
ChallengeAn enterprise sales team faced pressure on its pipeline and complex negotiations, and needed to collaborate more effectively.
Work and outputThe team mapped tensions, planned from multiple perspectives and practised coaching conversations. Together, they developed concrete proposals for difficult commercial issues.
Put people at the heart of change.
ChallengeA digital leadership group wanted to address technological change while working on trust and different ways of thinking.
Work and outputThe group explored strengths and automatic patterns, then planned from multiple perspectives. It translated the ideas into a roadmap of business initiatives.
